I spent the bulk of my younger years focused on stage acting. I appeared in various Shakespeare festivals around the country and eventually landed in San Francisco in the early 80s. There I soon found myself acting in Gay activist stage-work, much of it AIDS related as that scourge took hold. I retired from the theater in the late 90's. These days I am focused on various art projects: painting, photography, paper-clay sculpture, and digital-art. Thanks to Scrapiteria I recently returned to doing cut and paste collage work, a form I hadn't experimented with in decades. This site and all the work of those involved here has been a constant inspiration for me. Keep it up. You can find some of my other interests documented on flickr. Together with my partner, our work is combined under the user name - Miss Makita Drill.
