Great abstract! It's very rare to see a hitchhiker. Can't think of the last time I saw one.
Nice one! I used to hitch hike when I was a student but soon gave it up after some weird lifts! You dont see so many these days - not surprising really!
They're still around, but many of them look too scary to stop for. I've never picked one up, but I hope if I got stranded someone might stop for me.
A,you make them sound so mysterious& mythical.I've heard all sorts of stories about hitch hiking, and Hitchhikers... "it's not for me. Punwit I agree,but being stranded by your car, isn't the same thing as HitchHikingbut I'm sure someone would stop youPunwit
