The Plant

This is influenced by Michael's Flower Mill and also a little story. When my niece, who was then around 9 years old, was visiting Houston several years ago with my sister-inlaw, she heard us talking about the oil refineries. We kept referring to them as the plants and how big they were, stretching for miles along the highway. As we drove past them, she had a strange look on her face. Turns out she had thought we were talking about massive, prehistoric size plants. Needless to say, she was sorely disappointed.

gorgeous collage and sweet story. I was equally disappointed to find that the state lines printed on maps were not also printed on the ground :)

I agree with Vivienne! When I was little I thought that it was trees that made the wind!
