I got a little carried away, which is nothing new I guess. I started with one in mind and then put another, then another. One's pretty obscure, the others not so bad.
Here's my list: Call the whole scene "Isle of View". There's a Toe Truck with a Towed Car, the Olive Garden and yes, a snailboat. Looks like a sandstorm coming. And is that Rept Isle in the distance? DragonLady suggested the plate is washed up...
