Garden of Birdy Delights

There I go again with my promises of an original and find myself adding to another old Boomerang card of Marilyn Monroe I made a few years back. I just can't resist using the frame and this small clipping of the Garden of Earthly Delights by Bosch fits so well in it and becomes the Garden of Birdy Delights!

So cheery! I like that you keep reworking your older collages. It's an interesting way to work. I think Arty has mentioned that he does that with his book collages.

Having lots of postcards lying around is just too tempting sometimes when stuck for an idea. I found some more bird images in a box of cutting s today but it was so hot and clammy up in my workroom I found my mind wandering to cool drinks and shadey corners.
Maybe I'll get them sorted tomorrow when hopefully it will be fresher and not so humid. I imagine Texas is like this all the time but you must be used to it I guess.

O I keep forgetting to mention those fabulous non-stick scissors you sent are really great! I use them all the time now for intricate snipping and cutting.

It is indeed toasty in these parts. A few days ago, the heat index was 115 degrees! Luckily, everything is air conditioned.

I'm glad you liked the scissors. Great, huh? I purchased several extras in case they go out of business.
